A Shot At Lies with Tila TequilaSo as you may have already heard, Tila and Bobby broke up. Shocked? Don't be. This show is more scripted than you think. "....the night was amazing except for the fact that Bobby had broken up with me a few days before all of this went down. I wasn't expecting it at all because I thought I had finally found someone that I was compatible with, but I guess I was wrong" - Tila's Myspace Blog, January 1/08 Funny thing though, castings for A Shot at Love 2 had already begun at the end of NOVEMBER. (http://www.shotatlovecasting.com/). That's way before the reunion show in case you're wondering. Either Tila was searching for a menage-a-trois, OR this show faked the whole thing so they could carry on to another season. I'm going with the latter. There were also some rumors that the show made Tila eliminate Dominico because they didn't want to spend the money to fly her to Italy, and that the crew and set people would provoke the cast members to start drama with one another (such as the elimination fights). The real question is though, why would we want to watch it again? xo

there isn't a reason why we would want to watch again... or at least for me.
Bobby wrote on myspace that he didn't have her number and couldn't contact her after the reunion but during the reunion she said he called her and thats how they kept contact....sounds fishy again.
But in the end I think the only one who knew the show was fake was Tila since everyone in the show said it was a serious thing and made a strange bond and with what Bobby said it seems like he was trying to get a hold of her until he realized she was already saying it was over.
MTV simply wanted another season and didn't let it happen, it probably wasn't going to last anyways but I think they made pretty sure that a shot at love with TILA was going to have another round. It was the #1 show on mtv anyways, why wouldn't they speed up the break up?

True! I knew obviously she was going to pick him anyway. She seems kind of superficial, in my opinion. But I don't know and don't care.

But just reading the comments....gosh, people...don't you have any independence of thought? Don't let people feed you what to think; make your own decisions, regardless of whatever someoone says. If you don't know the absolute truth, don't just go for the handiest rumour.
It's degrading to you and the people the rumours are about.
You don't need to degrade anyone, the world is already deteriorating with the rubbish already in it.
